The shipping costs are displayed at checkout after the delivery address has been entered. Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days (shipping time) after receipt of payment and are shipped via our logistic companies: UPS, DHL, Hermes, Correos International, TNT, GLS with tracking and drop-off with signature. The transport time from our warehouse to delivery address takes normally 3-12 days. Whichever shipment choice you make, If we have a tracking number, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The delivery time = shipping time + transport time. Please consider this delivery time before asking us about the delivery status. If your order is still not processed in this time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference ( 9 capital letters ).

Please inform us about your return by using the contact form with your order reference, product reference number. We will check your request and inform you about the next steps to send the products back to our warehouse.
After we have received and examined your product, we will refund you the amount for the returned products. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Please note that this can take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the bank.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, without any traces of assembly, wear and tear or use, with all accessories and all operating instructions. The return package must be adapted to the volume of the returned goods and particularly carefully protected so that it is not damaged during transport.
